Paul Fernandes

Paul Fernandes has spent many years developing his craft as singer songwriter and enjoys traveling the world for inspiration. He was born in Viseu, Portugal but immigrated to the United States with his parents at an early age.

After attending college in New York City, he decided to build a recording studio called EmpireView to record various musical projects. It was there that he created his first romantic effort called "The Sensate Lovers," which he wrote and produced.

A few years later, while in Europe, he began working on a new concept called "Bedtime Stories," where the central character examines his longing for a relationship left behind. 

With the release of this album, Paul continues in the tradition of the romantic singer/ songwriter with a slight nod in the classic style of the greats, but with a unique twist to the modern ballad. So take a moment and enjoy music that was written from the heart and transcends to the soul.

2023 will bring two new albums from Mr. Fernandes.  The first is called "Dāngrán" which explores a long-distance relationship during covid times with two people not being able to see each other in person for over three years.  The second release is called "Abstract for a Lover" which is a journey of a man in Paris, France looking to understand what love and sexual encounters have in common if anything at all.
